How to use an ssh client for Window Operating System?

The appropriate procedure to use SSH Client is described as follows-

WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM:-

i. Download Putty.

ii. Start Putty.

iii. Type hostname or IP address in the selective box.

iv. Type 22 as the port number in the given box. 

v. Set to connection type to SSH.

vi. Click OPEN.

vii. The first time you connect, a PuTTY security warning concerning the server's host key shows. Select Yes.

viii. Type your account USERNAME and press ENTER.

ix. Type your account PASSWORD and press ENTER.

x. Once the command line prompt for the remote server displays, your connection has been established. The initial command line prompt looks like-

   [email protected] [~]#

xi. Now you may execute commands.

xii. Once you're finished, type EXIT and then press Enter to terminate the SSH connection.
